During our recent getaway to the North Cornwall coast, we had the pleasure of staying at a charming family-run Victorian house, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. the location was ideal, nestled in a narrow sheltered valley, offering stunning views of the rugged cliffs and wide sandy beaches of the Camel estuary. the room was spacious and clean, with a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting the nearby 14th Century church of St Marwenna, with its magnificent old oak door and 'sanctuary knocker'. the staff were incredibly friendly and offered great local recommendations for places to visit and dining options. Parking was readily available at a car park close by, making exploring the area convenient. Overall, our week's stay at this hidden gem was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the beauty of the North Cornwall coast.
